She is extremely knowledgeable, and always explained what we were doing, and was a constant support no matter what I was going through that day. I can’t recommend her enough because she helped me so much not only physically but emotionally, and now I feel stronger than ever (because I am!). It feels so good to feel like an athlete again. -

Enough amazing things simply cannot be said about Kristina! It had long been a dream of mine to have prenatal-specific personal training during my pregnancy, and she has made this dream a reality!

I came to the gym at about 6 weeks pregnant and laid out my goals for a healthy, active pregnancy. The owners were so responsive and helpful. They thoughtfully matched me to a trainer to help me achieve these goals.

They did a great job, my trainer Kristina is incredible!

She and I clicked effortlessly and I was immediately impressed by her background and wealth of knowledge. Her immense knowledge in strength training, pre- and postnatal coaching, and the fact that she is also a trained birth doula means that I am in great hands!

We train for far more than just the stage of pregnancy I’m in, but for the future as my pregnancy progresses, for birth and for transitioning to motherhood.
