Christina Milburn

My name is Christina Milburn and I am a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Trauma-Informed Specialist, Trauma-Informed Systems Trainer, and Certified Empathic Strain Trainer.

For more than a decade, I have studied and taught practices designed to help people better understand stress, trauma, mindfulness, and the importance of caring for both the mind and body. I am also an attorney with more than 20 years of experience in child welfare, a field that has deeply influenced my understanding of resilience and the human experience. Movement has always been an important part of my life. Raised in Colorado, I grew up as a competitive swimmer, avid runner, and outdoor enthusiast. Fitness has taken many different forms for me over the years, but I have always loved the way physical movement can challenge us, energize us, and help us feel more connected to ourselves. I found yoga at the intersection of those two worlds. It gave me a way to combine my love of physical movement with what I had learned about caring for the mind and spirit.

Today, I love sharing yoga with people of all ages, fitness levels, and experience. I believe yoga can be both grounding and physically challenging, and that it is a wonderful complement to strength training, running, outdoor activities, and everyday life. My goal as an instructor is to create a welcoming space where people can move, breathe, build strength and mobility, and discover practices that support their well-being both on and off the mat.  I offer personalized one-on-one sessions designed around your individual goals, needs, and experience. Sessions may focus on a single practice or combine several approaches, including: Breathwork & Meditation, Mobility & Function, Strength-Focused Yoga, Flexibility & Range of Motion, and Restorative & Recovery Practice. Every session can be adapted to meet you where you are—whether you are new to yoga, an experienced practitioner, an athlete looking to complement your training, or simply looking for an opportunity to connect mind and body.

Christina is available for private classes, 1:1 lessons, corporate events, and workshop.
