As a personal trainer and mom of two, I was disappointed and frustrated with how our medical and fitness industries handle our changing bodies during pregnancy. I sought out additional certifications that to understand how to train at each stage before and after birth.

Now, I work with women through a combination of education, physical work, and breathing techniques to help us better understand our bodies and step into our strength. Join a supportive community that embraces a holistic approach to wellness.
