    In Person

    This is the most customized one-one-one personal training we offer.

    We personalize every workout to your specific goal and can work around your schedule, even if you work the graveyard shift or your schedule changes frequently. Our clients love the personal attention and accountability that comes with individualized training (we like to think it’s our witty banter and fun playlists too).

    Most personal training clients train with us 3-6 times per week. Meet us at the gym or contact us to see if your home is within our greater Sacramento service area. Fill out a new client application to tell us about your goals to get started.

    Virtual One-On-One

    With this plan, you get your coach cheering you on and challenging you without any the hassles of leaving your home.

    We build customized routines with the equipment you already have, whether it’s body weight, a few dumbbells and resistance bands, or that complete home gym you bought in quarantine but never seem to use.

    This option is perfect for parents that want to save their babysitter money for date night, people that don’t have time for a commute to workout, and folks not yet comfortable returning to the gym. Contact us to set up a virtual training plan.

    Group Training

    Our most popular option for a balance of personalized training and the camaraderie of our ELEVATED tribe. Train at our gym with a small group at convenient times.

    We keep it interesting with variety in our routines that build strength, mobility and coordination. Every workout has quality programming that will increase your knowledge of fitness and anatomy.

    Choose this option if you are seeking community, want to build a fitness routine around predictable class times, and have all the benefits of personal training at a more affordable price point.     On-demand Through Our App

    Get all the benefits of a personal trainer with up to four workouts a week assigned to you through our ELEVATED app. Work with your trainer to check in on your health goals and have the best of both accountability and flexibility to workout on your schedule.

    We focus on compound and dynamic movements so you are building overall fitness and strength, not isolating a single muscle group or repeating the same old routine. You won’t spent time puzzling over a plan since every move comes with short video demonstration.

    This is our most budget-friendly option, perfect for those that travel frequently and those that already have a gym membership or home gym equipment but don’t know what to do to keep challenging themselves.

    Team or Corporate Training

    Bring your youth or adults sports team for a one-time group training. We’ve seen how strength training benefits every athlete. We can help lay the foundation for a lifetime of fitness with science-backed warm up and cool down practices and a workout programmed for your sport. Our coaches have over a decade of combined experience teaching and coaching children’s sports and know how to keep a group engaged and challenged.

    Corporate and community groups can also kick off their team building retreat with a fun group workout. We tap into your team’s competitive or collaborative streak to plan a custom session to move together. We also offer educational on-site mobility clinics for desk warriors for your corporate wellness day.

    Kid and Teen Fitness

    We are a safe place for kids and teens to learn new skills and build a positive relationship with their body, fitness, and the gym.

    We work with young athletes on sports-specific training or general wellness to teach concepts of fitness that will help them for the rest of their lives. We focus on technique driven routines to prevent injuries.

    Take advantage of our coaches’ backgrounds as a PE teacher for k-8 and high school Lacrosse coach.

    Live Stream Classes

    Join us for a fun group fitness class in a supportive environment. We livestream workouts that will get you moving whether you’re brave enough to leave your camera on or not.
