What does small group training look like at Elevated Strength (and why it works)?
Small group training is one of the most effective and underappreciated ways to get results. At Elevated Strength and Wellness, it’s at the heart of what we do. We keep our groups small (usually 2–6 people) so that every session feels focused, personalized, and inclusive. It’s not a bootcamp. It’s not high-pressure. It’s supportive, adaptable fitness that meets you where you are. When I was a new fitness coach I began in large environments. Think 60 person classes that sell out. I slowly began refining working in more boutique environments and our methods developed.
Each small group session follows a thoughtfully designed program that’s scaled for your needs. That means if you’re postpartum, recovering from injury, or newer to strength training, you’ll receive modifications that help you move safely and confidently. And if you’re ready to push your limits? We’ll help you do too. The beauty is we are centered on you.
What surprises most people is how much community and connection they find in these sessions. It’s common to walk into your first workout a little nervous, only to leave feeling like you’re part of a team. There’s something special about training next to others who are also showing up for themselves — without competition, without comparison, just encouragement and shared energy.
Small group training is also more affordable than 1:1 personal training, which makes it a great entry point if you're curious about working with a coach but not ready for a full commitment. You still get expert coaching, accountability, and results in a community-centered format.
